I am currently offering guided meditations on Tuesdays (12pm MST) and Thursdays (8am MST) over Zoom. Please check the calendar below to confirm the days and times since I’ll be taking some sessions off over the holidays.
Practitioners of all levels of experience are welcome, even if you’re brand new to meditation practice. Meditation, or mindfulness training, supports the development of a few basic attentional skills: concentration, sensory clarity, and equanimity. These attentional skills are some of the foundational elements of human well-being, and they develop naturally with consistent practice over time. Additionally, practicing in community can be a great support. When we practice meditation, we always work with our sensory experience as it is unfolding here and now, just as it is.

You are welcome to remain on or off camera, as you wish. Please arrive on time as each meeting will be locked 3 minutes after the scheduled start time to ensure an uninterrupted practice session. The Zoom calls are scheduled for 20 minutes and I’ll be sure to end each session on time. Occasionally, I’ll make space for participants to linger on the call for some social time or to navigate any practice related questions.
If you have any questions or concerns about meditation practice, please contact me directly at michael@michaelrempel.com.
