Winter 2022 Mindfulness Course

This course consists of six 90 minute classes from February 3rd - March 10th . Classes take place every Thursday evening from 5 - 6:30pm Mountain Time. We’ll explore a variety of meditation techniques and ways to integrate mindfulness practice into daily life. We will also include some authentic relating exercises as a way to build community and practice our mindfulness skills while relating with others. By signing up for this course, you understand that you are being asked to commit to a daily meditation practice.

The course is limited to 8 participants and is offered on a sliding scale from $60 - $100. You can pay any amount in that range that most fits your financial situation. Please note that when you add the course to your cart, your check out total will be 0 dollars, but you’ll receive a confirmation email after checking out which will include a PayPal link where you can process your preferred payment amount. You’ll have one week to process your payment which will confirm your spot in class. (your spot will be forfeited for another student if you don’t pay within 1 week) Lastly, there will be an optional “bonus class” on Thursday March 17th (5 - 6:30pm) for anyone interested in exploring some additional authentic relating practices.
